I’m in my early 30s… would Merlot’s eye cream help to firm and tighten dark circles and tiny bags the more I use it?

Yes, the Merlot Eye Cream is designed to reduce the appearance of dark circles, and to help firm the skin.  An eye cream can’t really help with “bags” because these usually come from a lack of sleep and too much water collecting under the eyes.  An easy fix can be to sleep with your head raised, using a thicker pillow, which will help keep water from building up under the eyes.
